Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high demand periods such as drops or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times:
United States: 3–7 business days
Local Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery in select areas. If local delivery is available for your address, it will appear as an option at checkout. You will be contacted with delivery details after your order is placed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
